My favorite anime tv-series is Neon Genesis: Evangelion. The mysticism and scifi elements are very well mixed. And the enigmatic girl, Rei, is by far the coolest anime character ever.

On this I am a nostalgic...I still love the (now enhanced with better graphics and sound) epic Akira. It has power. Akira was the film that made me start collecting anime.

I have seen some adds for Naruto in some Shonen Jump comics, but i haven't read any of them. But the other day i saw that it now has a tv show that comes on every saturday. I watched them(3 episodes have been aired so far) and i liked em, funny and action packed at times.

I strongly recommend this mecha series...full of great adventure and even better humor. Nice clean art with a good flowing story.

Now, before you start stabbing holes in me, hear me out. We're all aware, I trust, that there is some disturbing stuff coming out of Japan, and Hentai seems to be on the leading front, oftentimes boggling your mind about just what kind of a sick person could make this. Bible Black or Desert...

I recently got Hack Sign Vol 3 & 4 R4 DVDs .. so when I was going to list them as I always do, I noticed that ep 15 is missing, Vol 3 has ep 11-14 and Vol 4 has ep 16-18, this is because episode 15 was a recap episode, however it isn't mentioned somewhere, I had to look it up on AniDB.

I have the first 3 issues of sailormoon manga.. but my cat puked on them -__-. i really like them! i hope i can get some more..

the new anime: Fighting Beauty Wulong, is great. I recommend it if you like animes like Naruto and Hunter X Hunter. Set in a more contemporary setting, we follow a girl who is forced by her grandad to compete in arenas to gain more strenght and confidence, why he wants her to do this is unclear...

An odd anime about a tall, mucular blond afroed hero named BoBoBo that uses his 5 foot long nose hairs to fight crime. It's very funny, and very, very wierd.

Ganime is that new adult-oriented anime that uses alot of stills, it was pioneered by Toei Animation. So in short who has seen it and what did you think about it? Personally I've seen 2 Ganime episodes, and frankly it wasn't something for me.

Only manga I read is Hunter X Hunter and I love it ^^ I do hope they release the next OVA ( or is it OAV ? ) More HxH to the ppl peace ;)
